MSE's Environmental Management Systems (EMS) team
has extensive experience in the development and implementation of practical
and cost-effective systems that have proven to achieve real benefits and
real cost savings for our private and governmental clients. Our approach
focuses on development of fundamental principles and management tools that
support practicing environmental managers in meeting their organizational
and regulatory needs. Our EMS support programs range from multi-level ISO
14001 training courses to development of specific environmental management
program tools to help organizations understand and meet their environmental
objectives. MSE personnel work very closely with our client representatives
to assure our EMS products "fit their needs" and consider their specific
organizational initiatives, requirements, and challenges.
MSE approaches this to work with our clients to develop solutions. Our experience ranges
from simply giving initial guidance / introductions to help you up the
learning curve, to fully developed systems after we learn more about your
business. MSE also provides audits and other interim approaches to establishing
a EMS, including using the BS 8555 Acorn method which develops over six interim
steps. Deciding whether or not to get certification is also something MSE
can assist our clients with.
